My order never arrived.

First of all click the "My Account / My Orders"  link located at the top right hand side of our site to view your order status. Ensure that all orders have been processed and shipped. If your order was accompanied with a tracking number, please check with the carrier to confirm that the item was delivered. If your order is noted as being ‘delivered’, then don’t hesitate to contact customer service for further assistance on the matter.
